It's not great but... I managed to end the one where I am early. But I don't think that option will be available for the other variations of my world.

Perhaps. But I am protective of people I promised to keep safe. And the war was directly impacting their lives.

I am always for methods that protect people and their happiness. I would never ask for a prolonged war, for anyone.

I simply wish you didn't have to go through a killing game to gain that method.

If all wars were so easy to stop, we wouldn't have to. But here we are.

There were benefits. Like being able to work in longer term peace as well.

I’d say it was worth it for the footnotes alone. It’s not going to stop future wars, or anything like that, but they give us a grace period of peace and stability before someone can kick off about something else again.

If you can stop suffering and help people for any amount of time, it's a good thing. Of course it's nice if it can last for as long as possible, but that's easier to work on when you're at peace than when you're at war.

I don’t necessarily disagree with the reasons why Fodlan ended up in a war. But I do have issues with the methods Edelgard took to try and change things. For a woman in charge of many and tasked with their safety, she was brutal and dismissive of it.
